It's the age old question, why isn't my house selling? It's the natural question when properties don't sell within the timeframe the owners have consciously, or unconsciously, set in their mind, seller begins to wonder what is wrong. If we just take a look at what we are thinking, one might see that it simply comes down to time or money. As everyone knows, anything that is priced right will sell. Priced right could mean different things to different people but in this case, if the seller must be moved due to a job transfer, then pricing the property just under it's equal or similar competition, it will sell! If the seller has no deadlines to meet, nor specific timeline to move, then the seller has time. Do you have time or will it be money, ie a price reduction so as it make it the best bang for the buck!
